Return & Service Correction Policy

At Back2New Wellness, our priority is your satisfaction and confidence in the treatments and care you receive. While we do not offer returns or refunds on any services or treatments rendered, we are committed to ensuring our clients are happy with their experience.

If you are not fully satisfied with a service you received, you may request a correction or follow-up within 48 hours of the original appointment. Our team will be happy to review your concern and, if appropriate, offer to re-do or adjust the service at no additional charge.

Important Notes:

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your initial appointment.

  • Corrections are offered at the discretion of management and service providers, and only for the same service originally rendered.

  • This policy does not apply to dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services or packages.
